The Waggonette Party

A sight which we do not often see, or wish to see, was witnessed on Sunday week in our main street. A waggonette party, who had been imbibing not wisely but too well, came to grief, one of the party falling down and injuring his thumb, and, having to be taken to a doctor to have his injury attended to, the pain would doubtless have a sobering effect.
