Gunner Wilfred Malpass, only son of Mr. and Mrs. Malpass, of 11. Warren Vale Road. Swinton is serving in France with the B.E.F.

He was called to the Colours in July.

He attended Fitzwilliam Council School and later worked at Baker and Bessemer Ltd.
