Private Govett of 84 Barton’s Yard, Kilnhurst, was killed in action , in France on Feb. 5th.

He was aged 27 and before enlistment was employed at the Kilnhurst Steel Works.

His brother, Pte. W.Govett, is serving in, Salonica.
