Mr J.B.Vickers (chairman of the Yorkshire Tar Distillers, Kilnhurst Works) made presentations on Tuesday to retiring employees, Miss W Hodgskin, was has been with the firm for 43 years, and Mr J.W. Lander, who has been Chief Clerk for 40 years.

They are seen after the presentation with Mrs Lander and Mr H.C. Shirtcliffe (works manager and Junior Director.)
