Gift for ex-Kilnhurst Stationmaster

Mr. James Bannister, who retired recently after 10 years as stationmaster at Kilnhurst (Eastern Region) station, came to Kilnhurst from Mablethorpe last night to receive a cheque for ten guineas from colleagues and friends.

Present were representatives from Mexborough, Parkgate and Aldwarke and Rotherham stations. The presentation was made by Mr. Arthur Gibson, clerk at Kilnhurst station.
