Scores of Kilnhurst children last Wednesday attended the funeral of their playmate, 10 year old Dennis cop, was killed in a fall from a tree the previous Saturday.

Dennis, was the only son of Mr and Mrs A.D. Cox, of 25 Meadow View Rd, Kilnhurst, was a scholar of Saint Thomas’s school Kilnhurst.

The interment took place in Kilnhurst churchyard, the Rev. W.S. Fletcher officiating
