H Caterer, the young Kilnhurst full-back, who has attracted so much attention of late, has “signed on” for Sheffield Wednesday, whose cheque for £30 covering the transfer, will clear the “Wasps” of the incubus of debt.

Ripon, the Kilnhurst centre forward, is being transferred to Bristol.
