Mr Douglas Bisby, of “Marlene,” Piccadilly Rd, Swinton, was presently representing Messrs Baker and Bessemer Ltd, in Perth Australia, as had to extend his stay.

Mr Bisby was to return to England in March, but is not now expected home until early April

Mr Bisby was sent to Australia by the Kilnhurst firm in November to supervise the assembly of railway equipment exported by Mrs, Baker and Bessemer. Mr Bisby has been with the Kilnhurst firm for 35 years.
