Brothers From Kilnhurst

Aircraftman Wilfred Smith (19), younger son of  Mr. and Mrs. J. Smith, of  “Floodlock,” Kilnhurst, who volunteered for the R.A.F. in November, is stationed in England.

He was educated at Kilnhurst National School and before joining up worked at Kilnhurst Colliery as an electrician.

Smith has an elder brother in the R.A.F., Jack Smith, who is also stationed in England. Jack has been in the R.A.F. since November, 19th, and before joining up worked with his brother at the colliery. Jack is married.
