A fine of 15s. was imposed on Mark D. Ellison (40), shopkeeper, of Kilnhurst, at the Rotherham West Riding Court, yesterday, for having failed to display a price list of lamp oil.

Defendant’s explanation was that he had forgotten to replace it after cleaning the window.
