Kilnhurst Wedding

Taylor & Kirk

Miss Marjorie Kirk, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Kirk, Rose Villa, Victoria Street, Kilnhurst, was married at Kilnhurst Parish Church on Saturday by the Rev. F. W. Shepherd, to Mr. George Taylor, son of Mr. and Mrs. H. Taylor, 9,’Thomas Street, Kilnhurst.

The bride wore brown crepe-de-Chine trimmed with floral voile, and brown hat, and carried bronze chrysanthemums. Her attendant, Miss Mary Smith, wore blue velvet and a coatee trimmed with white fur, and carried yellow chrysanthemums.

Her gift from the bridegroom was a crystal necklace. Mr. Jack Taylor was best man, and Mr. Kenneth Kirk groomsman.
